Sandblasting

Our blast room is a self-contained system utilizing steel grit rather than silica sand. Dimensions are 30’L x 20’W x 15’H. As parts are blasted, the residual grit is reclaimed, filtered, and re-used making this system extremely efficient. We are able to meet any SSPC specifications ranging from a Brush Blast to SP5 (White Metal) standards.

Not sure what that means? We got you covered: When a substrate comes in (metal) we are able to blast a layer off of it using steel grit (small pieces of metal). We can blast many layers, so the substrate is very clean, looks like new and is now ready for paint.
