Burn Off

Rather than using volatile chemicals to remove prior coatings we have implemented a thermal stripping process. 

In this process paint residue is thermally decomposed. Hot stack gases consist primarily of water vapor and CO2 which are invisible, odorless, and harmless. Absolutely no chemical sludge is created as compared to other metal cleaning methods. 

This process minimizes sandblasting time associated with parts cleaning. This all means lower prices for our customers as it also requires no attendant during the burn off process.

We currently operate two burn off ovens.

One oven accommodates parts 4’ x 4’ x 6’. The other oven accommodates parts 6′ x 6′ x 10′.
