Our NACE Level 1 inspectors are trained in fundamental surface preparation and quality inspection techniques specific to powder coating. Their expertise guarantees that every part meets the minimum preparation standards, forming the critical first step toward a durable, long-lasting finish.
With NACE Level 2 certification, our senior inspectors possess advanced skills in coating application and detailed inspection protocols. They oversee complex or high-spec projects, providing rigorous quality assurance that aligns with industry best practices and your exacting requirements.
We achieved our COR certification in December 2025, reinforcing our commitment to a formalized safety program and a proactive, compliant work environment.
Thirteen SCPC staff members have completed a range of comprehensive Occupational Health & Safety training courses, covering hazard assessment, emergency procedures, ergonomic best practices and more. This depth of training underpins our zero-incident goal and reinforces our reputation for maintaining a safe, efficient facility.
Seven of our team members hold up to date First Aid and CPR, certifications, equipping them to respond immediately and effectively to any on-site incident. This comprehensive emergency training not only safeguards our team but also reinforces a culture of prevention, helping us maintain a safe enviroment.

- Multi‐Stage Pretreatment / High-pressure wash and eco-friendly chemicals create the ideal anchor for lasting adhesion.
- Powder Coating Booths / Our dedicated powder coating booths, operated by skilled painters, deliver uniform, high-durability finishes on every project.
- Heavy‐Lift Handling / Overhead crane and forklifts handle loads up to 15,000 lbs safely and efficiently.
